Drop off starts at 8:00 am and ends at 8:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Weekend drop off and pick up is available 8:00-10:00 AM. Please note that because we are small scale, all drop off and pick ups must be scheduled. We will contact you the day before to schedule a time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes earlier or later than your scheduled time, we may not be ready for you which may result in a wait time.

We are rotating dogs in and out of the play yard all day! Specific amount of time will depend on what dogs we have and who can play well together but we guarantee that they will have play time at least 5 times throughout the day. 

A 25% retainer is required to hold your dog's spot. Please note that your reservation is not complete until the retainer has been received.

Please notify us as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation. If notified at least 7 days before your reservation starts, your 25% retainer will be credited to your account for use on a future service. If cancelled less than 7 days before the reservation, the retainer is forfeited and no refund will be given.

We are located in beautiful Wildwood, 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, just past Lookout Valley. Because we are based at our personal home address, the exact address is not posted publicly. This will be provided after an appointment for tour/drop off has been set.

Of course! We completely understand the desire to see where your dog will be kept while you are away. Due to liability concerns as well as the need to keep things as stress free as possible for the pups, we can no longer off in-person tours. However, we would absolutely love to send you video walkthroughs and/or facetime you to answer any questions you may have. You can also find videos of our set up on Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
